Ordering is extremely simple. I need the following information:-

Your name, including your christian name please. I hate talking to Mr B Smithey, Brian is much better.

Your full address including post code or zip code.

A contact telephone number. This is important in case anything goes wrong and I need to contact you urgently.

The parts you require including their part number. These can be found on the web site.

You can e mail your order. At the moment we do not have a shopping basket facility. If you copy the information on the web page and paste it into word you should be able to paste it onto your e mail. The minimum I need is the part number and the quantity required. I will e mail you a confirmation if there is any confusion.

If you do not have e mail then you can telephone me on the number on the home page, but please note the times between which I will take calls. Alternatively you can send a letter including the above information.

I will send out the parts by post when they are ready, the cost of postage and packing will be at cost. Currently there is no VAT but there will be from 5th November for all Uk and EC customers. I will include an invoice and ask that you send me a cheque by return of post. I do not take credit cards due to the costs involved. For overseas customers I can accept a cheque in your currency but we would have to make some arrangements regarding exchange rates. Alternatively I can give you my bank details and you can wire it through in sterling or you can get a bankers draft. I have not had a problem with this system and I am reluctant to ask for payment up front as it would be difficult for me to manage on my own.

I will bring parts out to shows but this reduces the amount of stock I can take so I have to limit the number and weight of parcels I can bring. The exception to this would be Harrogate which is only 40 minutes away from where I live. You may pick up parts from my house, but only by prior arrangement please.

In general I will cash your cheque within 7 days of recipt.
